Petty is the most CAT of our cats. She wants what she wants when she wants it, and she doesn't want any problems, issues or delays. One of her favorite things in the world is her awesome water fountain, which recently had been picked up to be cleaned, and thus wasn't where it was supposed to be. Here she is looking perturbed and strongly urging us to put it back.
It's back! But there's no water in it! FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY.
Well, maybe if I lick voraciously enough, water will miraculously appear.
It worked! Water is everywhere! Another cat victory.!

That is a spiffy item! What are the advantages? And of course Ms. Petty is not happy. This is mere water, not champagne, as she expected!!
